Where do your breads come from?
If an item is on sale for 2/$5.00 do I have to buy two to get the sale price?

Where do your breads come from?
We have several different vendors. Our regular Italian and semolina breads come from Monreale Bakery and Cardinal Bakery. Our crusty artisan breads come from Tom Cat Bakery. Some of the fancier breads come to us by a distributor called Featherstone. We have breads that we get from our suppliers that are called par baked. This bread comes in baked half way and then we complete the baking in our in store bakeries. This lets us keep fresh baked bread as we need it all day.

If an item is on sale for 2/$5.00 do I have to buy two to get the sale price?
We try to be different from our competitors. You do not need to buy the multiple to get the price. The product will scan $2.50 at the register.

Can I split my order to get two sale items that are limited?
We have item limits to make sure that we have adequate stock for our customers. We would prefer if you did not split orders so that all customers are able to purchase items with limits.

Can I call in my deli order in advance?
Yes you can. The deli can be reached by pressing the number 3 when the phone picks up. We would be happy to put together other items for you as well, such as your salads, cheeses, condiments and so on!

What should I do if I can't locate a sale item?
Occasionally deliveries arrive late or quantities come up short. We understand that this can be an inconvenience for our customers and satisfaction is our goal every time you visit our stores. We are happy to offer you a rain check for the product. If a rain check is not sufficient, we offer substitute items to accommodate this situation. Substitutions for sale items are at the discretion of the Store Team Leader.

Why do the produce prices change from Monday to Tuesday?
The produce prices could change daily based on the market, weather, and supply and demand. We try to keep the same price format for all our stores.

Why do you use numbers in the deli department even when it's not that busy?
We never know when there's going to be a rush, so to avoid confusion we suggest that anyone not yet being helped take a number so that no one loses their place and everyone gets what they want in a timely fashion. The number system also allows you to step away from the deli to do other shopping while you wait when it's busy, and we will honor your place in line even if we happen to pass you by while you're away!

Why do you re-wrap the cold-cuts every time you put them away?
We wrap them to keep them fresher and eliminate cross contamination. We take great pride in the freshness of our deli products.

Do you do custom cuts of meat?
Yes. We are happy to provide this service for you at no extra charge. For your convenience we always have thin sliced boneless chicken breast in the case.

Is your meat USDA inspected?
All the time.

What grade of beef do you sell?
Choice or higher unless otherwise advertised.

Is your chop meat ground daily?
Yes, we grind meat every day of the week.
